Initialize MutateConstants Population

double [] GEP::Core::Common::Population::_symbolSetsProbabilityDistribution [protected, inherited] Array with two elements. It is the cumulative probability of the functions, variables and constants sets respective to the elements of the array. The first element is the probability of a function to occur in a place of the genome. The second element is the probability of a function to occur plus the probability of a variable to occur.
